UK STANDARD DELIVERY - FIVE WORKING DAYS
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days. Non perishable products including hampers and gifts boxes: £5.95 per delivery address.
Orders sent to the following postcodes can only be dispatched on a standard delivery: AB31, AB33 to AB56, FK17 to FK21, HS1 to HS9, IV1 to IV56, IV63, KA27, KA28, KW1 to KW3, KW5 to KW17, PA2, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH15 to PH26, PH30 to PH44, PH49, PH50, TR21 to TR25, ZE1 to ZE3
NAMED DAY DELIVERY - AVAILABLE MON TO SUN
Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday with 48 hours notice but are subject to availability - Named Day delivery slots are limited and any date may become fully booked without notice. All products including hampers and gift boxes: £7.95, per delivery address.
Owing to difficulties guaranteeing delivery on time, Named Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to Highland and Island addresses.
Due to the high number of orders we are currently packing, Named Day delivery is currently subject to availability, so please make sure to check the next available date selected during checkout.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - AVAILABLE MON TO FRI.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday but are subject to availability - Next Working Day delivery slots are limited and any date may become fully booked without notice. Orders must be placed by 2pm on weekdays.
Delivery to Northern Ireland is temporarily unavailable.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking information.
We also would strongly recommend you download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play, as it is brilliant at keeping you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and your delivery driver, and allows you lots more control over the receipt of your goods.

You will also receive a notification on the evening prior to the day of delivery.

Deliveries to BFPO addresses are free, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that parcels sent to Operation Telic and Herrick have a 2kg limit.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees*. For orders placed on our website, we make every effort to include the applicable duty and tax, however there may be additional local duties and taxes that are out of Fortnum’s control that you may need to pay in order to receive the goods.
For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only.
Please see product descriptions to find out if an item can be delivered internationally. Exclusions apply to alcohol, electrical items and items of a perishable nature. Specific exclusions can also apply to individual items dependent on the country of export. Again, please find out more information in the product’s description.
Customs may inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause delays.
Please provide a valid recipient telephone number to avoid any further delays. This number may be required by local customs and delivery agents.
**COVID-19 DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Due to the impact of the coronavirus outbreak, delivery to the following regions is currently suspended:
All regions in Antigua, Greenland, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Mauritius, Seychelles and Sao Tome and Principe.
Please be aware that we are continuously monitoring the situation and doing everything we can to ensure parcels make their way as quickly and safely as possible. Further updates will be provided as soon as they are available.
Refunds and Returns
It is the policy of Elizabeth Bolingbroke to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please and wish to return your purchase, please email Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number quoted on your order.
You will be given instructions about where to return the goods which must be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notifying us.
When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge (premium charges are not refundable) will be issued within 14 days. This means that you may be contacted for details as to how we can make repayment to you. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us.
Elizabeth Bolingbroke, accept returns of all items except:
Perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly, this includes all flowers, fresh food, some alcohol and beverages, and hampers and gift boxes containing such items
Jewellery for pierced ears
Sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken
Personalised or bespoke items
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as razors and brushes
Your statutory rights are not affected.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days along with proof of purchase.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services Department as soon as possible or within 30 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
